allen, die am Tag der WPR-Wahl abwesend sind, ermöglicht die Wahlordnung und damit der werantwortliche Wahlvorstand, einen Antrag auf Stimmabgabe durch Briefwahl zu stellen. Aus dem Wahlausschreiben: „Der Wahlvorstand übergibt oder übersendet den Wahlberechtigten die Wahlvorschläge, einen Stimmzettel mit Freiumschlag sowie auf Antrag eine Abschrift des Wahlausschreibens. Zur Briefwahl ist der Stimmzettel unter Verwendung des Freiumschlages so rechtzeitig dem Wahlvorstand (Wahlvorstand, Dipl.-Phys. Manuel Todorovic, Strahlentherapie, O26, Sockelgeschoss, Zimmer 083, Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf, Martinistraße 52, 20246 Hamburg) zu übergeben oder zu übersenden, dass er bis zum Abschluss der Wahl vorliegt. today we want to inform you about the possibility to apply for an absentee ballot in the upcoming election to the scientific staff council (24.04.2018). For these occasions (and all other you can think of) the following section is written in the electoral notice: “The electoral board authorizes absentee ballots for eligible voters who are unable to be present to vote during the time frame set aside for voting. The electoral board gives out or sends the eligible voter the nomination proposals, a ballot including a postage paid envelope and, on request, a copy of the election notice. In order to participate in the absentee ballot process, the ballot must be submitted or mailed in the postage-paid envelope to the electoral board (Election chairperson, Dipl-Phys. Manuel Todorovic, Strahlentherapie, O26, Sockelgeschoss, Zimmer 083, Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf, Martinistraße 52, 20246 Hamburg) in time so that it arrives before the closure of the polling station.
